The Production Associate I, Glass role is onsite in Lexington, NC, with pay of $16 per hour. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products, including windows and doors, for residential and low-rise non-residential buildings. The associate performs window and door assembly work to support safe, quality production and timely customer delivery. The role uses hand and power tools, handles and packs products, follows standardized work and safety procedures, and helps maintain material flow and product quality.

What you'll do

• Operate hand tools
• assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• follow cleanup times and safe-work practices
• work to established production rates
• participate in standard-work improvements
• identify and communicate problems
• assist with coworker training
• perform other plant duties as directed
• work extended hours and weekends when business needs require.
