What you'll do
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications
- troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, VPN, connectivity, hardware, software, and access issues
- administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user functions
- image and deploy endpoints
- diagnose basic network issues
- maintain asset and ticket records
- escalate complex issues and assist with technology deployments and upgrades. Provide occasional after-hours support when required.
