• support timely installation and commissioning of OSM systems
• troubleshoot IT issues and assist with hardware setup and configuration
• obtain vendor quotes and track project costs
• complete server reports and other documentation
• follow safety protocols during on-site work
• travel extensively within the United States and internationally.
