The Manufacturing Specialist role is onsite in Plaistow, NH, with a Monday–Thursday 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule and Friday 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. Compensation is not specified; the posting describes competitive hourly compensation. The role supports Spartronics’ Plaistow manufacturing team, which builds high-reliability products for aerospace and defense, medical devices, and other demanding markets. This hands-on position produces complex electronic and electromechanical assemblies by following manufacturing documentation and workmanship requirements. It contributes to product quality and production flow through assembly, inspection, accurate records, and coordination with Production, Quality, and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Hand-solder wires, cables, connectors, terminals, splices, and electromechanical assemblies
• assemble and terminate cables, harnesses, connectors, and electrical components
• route and secure wiring
• build subassemblies and box-build products using drawings and work instructions
• perform specialized assembly processes and in-process inspections
• complete production and quality documentation
• follow safety, ESD, workmanship, quality, and regulatory requirements
• assist with training less-experienced assemblers.
