The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Frederick, MD. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. British Swim School’s mission is to help people of all ages and abilities become safe and happy swimmers, with a focus on survival swim skills and reducing drowning. The instructor teaches children and adults using the school’s progressive curriculum and supports safe, competent lessons. Training prepares instructors to work with swimmers of varied ages and abilities while advancing the school’s water-safety mission.

What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults starting at 3 months old
• follow the British Swim School curriculum
• support the Aquatics Leader or business owner
• maintain certifications
• complete required aquatics training and testing
• work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as business needs require.
