What you'll do

• Arrive at least 15–30 minutes before class
• connect with students
• teach classes in line with YogaSix standards and guidelines for its six core class types
• set up props, mat spacing, music, and lighting
• provide class instruction
• follow up with students after class
• clean the studio
• and build community and connection.
