What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• increase sales presentations from four to eight per week
• deliver sales pitches to potential clients
• follow up to confirm and execute appointments and maintain a minimum 60% appointment execution ratio
• complete company training at 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervals
• participate in call reviews, role-playing, training, and coaching
• track and report performance metrics
• meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
