Fulfillment Specialist

What you'll do

• Verify customer order requirements
• prepare and maintain shipping and quality documentation
• review inventory and allocation
• monitor committed delivery dates and shipment readiness
• track and resolve fulfillment issues
• escalate risks and delays
• maintain Epicor Kinetic order and inventory data
• communicate order status to customers and internal stakeholders
• coordinate domestic and international shipping with Logistics
• support reporting and continuous improvement.
