What you'll do

• Provide customer service and hospitality
• assist studio management with daily tasks and projects
• support instructors with class check-in
• work collaboratively with studio staff
• assist with training and coaching new front-desk hires
• maintain product knowledge for retail operations
• preserve the studio’s appearance and atmosphere
• clean and prepare equipment, floors, mirrors, common areas, bathrooms, and changing rooms.
