What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain sheet metal cutting and forming equipment
• interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and flat patterns
• measure and inspect components
• collaborate with engineers to refine fabrication processes
• perform basic drilling, riveting, and fastening
• maintain and troubleshoot shop equipment
• train operators on safe practices
• maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant workspace
• provide feedback on work instructions, documentation, and tooling.
