What you'll do

• Greet patients and respond to questions with care
• assist with lobby check-ins using a kiosk or handheld tablet
• maintain the waiting area
• cover breaks in the draw room when needed
• perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
• maintain records and documentation
• protect confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
• perform daily activities under area supervisor direction.
