What you'll do

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and Service Cloud cases
• handle product inquiries, technical issues, and billing concerns
• route escalations and create CRM cases
• communicate request status and information needs to sales teams
• resolve invoice discrepancies and related credits or adjustments
• use company systems and processes to investigate and complete requests
• collaborate on service-team improvements.
