What you'll do

• Supervise caregiver staff and support resident care
• follow each resident’s service plan and report condition changes
• respond to resident calls and emergencies
• assist with meals and dining-room supervision
• administer and document medications according to the medication observation record and required medication checks
• observe and report adverse reactions and medication errors
• communicate resident needs at shift change
• maintain required paperwork and CPR/First Aid certification.
