What you'll do

• Greet guests
• check guests in and out
• collect required information and payment
• assign rooms and accommodate requests
• resolve guest concerns
• promote resort functions and facilities
• explain folios and address billing issues
• make hotel, spa, golf, and dining reservations
• log and follow up on guest requests
• handle calls, messages, mail, lost and found, and wake-up calls
• coordinate with other departments
• follow front-office procedures and emergency instructions.
