What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles, equipment, and driver operations for compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
• monitor safety and accident-prevention programs
• review driver safety scorecards
• check onboard camera alerts and document coaching needs for supervisor follow-up
• assist with accident and incident investigations
• review applications, background checks, and motor vehicle records
• conduct and document road tests and driver evaluations
• verify hours-of-service compliance and identify E-Log violations
• maintain fleet registration and permitting records
• support safety orientation for new hires.
