What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• administer medications as directed and document appropriately
• engage residents in conversation and activities
• perform laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying
• prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and preferences
• assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or safety
• follow individualized care plans and document services
• accompany or transport residents to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
