What you'll do

• Communicate with clients and prospects through email, phone, video, and meetings
• manage and grow client relationships
• resolve client concerns
• maintain regular client contact
• manage client relationships and billing with department leaders
• identify revenue opportunities
• transition new client relationships
• represent the firm at external events
• mentor and develop staff
• involve team members in client and community activities
• commit at least 15 hours monthly to community involvement, including service on a community board or committee
• stay current on tax and business trends.
