What you'll do

• Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion
• document status and work in field operations software
• conduct on-site troubleshooting, inspections, and follow-up
• perform pre-arrival and routine property inspections
• support punch lists, light maintenance, and quality checks
• deliver supplies and manage inventory
• coordinate deliveries, returns, and vendors
• maintain records and follow SLAs
• support seasonal surges, emergency response, and special projects.
