What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, employment eligibility verification, new-hire paperwork, system setup, and orientation
• maintain personnel and I-9 records
• enter and audit HRIS data
• respond to HR inquiries
• coordinate offboarding
• support benefits enrollment and workers’ compensation documentation
• process invoices and employment verifications
• coordinate HR projects and audits
• track mandatory training and employment-law compliance.
