What you'll do

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• communicate policies, benefits, pay practices, and employment-law information
• coordinate applicant flow, interviews, checks, and pre-employment paperwork
• manage onboarding and benefits processes
• conduct basic computer training
• monitor performance reviews
• support employee surveys and investigate disputes
• maintain personnel records
• coordinate safety, workers’ compensation, recognition, communications, and events
• support corporate initiatives and training
• act as backup to the Center Scheduling Manager.
