What you'll do

• Build, configure, test, and maintain the Epic Hospital Billing module
• analyze billing workflows and design system solutions
• gather requirements and translate them into configurations
• support implementation and upgrade testing, training, go-live, and stabilization
• troubleshoot issues and monitor system performance
• perform compliance audits
• liaise between IT and revenue cycle
• create and maintain build specifications, workflow documentation, job aids, and training materials
• provide on-call or after-hours support as needed.
