What you'll do

• Prepare and assemble menu items to recipes and portion standards
• perform food preparation and cooking
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow food safety and temperature guidelines
• maintain clean work areas
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teammates
• receive and store deliveries
• rotate inventory using FIFO
• assist with opening and closing procedures.
