The Senior Accountant role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is not specified. All American Flooring serves the Dallas–Fort Worth area with flooring products, design consultations, and installation services. Reporting to the CEO, this role manages full-cycle accounting across the company’s retail, commercial, and installation divisions. It supports financial accuracy and operational flow by overseeing accounting processes, staff workflows, reconciliations, payroll, compliance, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Improve accounting workflows and develop and maintain SOPs
• delegate and supervise administrative and accounting support staff
• oversee accounts payable and receivable, billing, deposits, invoicing, and collections
• reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts
• maintain QuickBooks ledger entries and chart of accounts
• coordinate inventory and job-cost reconciliation
• process payroll and contractor payouts
• maintain contractor records and prepare 1099 filings
• assist with month- and year-end close and prepare financial statements and reports.
