Custodial and Maintenance Lead

What you'll do

• Clean floors, restrooms, common areas, courts, and gym spaces
• perform routine upkeep and minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• inspect facilities and report larger repair needs
• manage supplies and restocking
• set up and break down event spaces
• respond to maintenance issues
• keep work and inspection logs
• guide part-time staff when scheduled.
