What you'll do

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for payroll, tax, and benefit accounts
• review transactions
• investigate discrepancies
• monitor client cash balances and remittances
• make cash adjustments based on reports
• coordinate system fixes with internal partners
• handle bank inquiries and returned items
• report exceptions
• reconcile incoming wires and ACH transactions and client credits
• provide proof of payments to the Tax Department
• assist with monthly reconciliations
• monitor team email
• document process improvements and assist new business initiatives.
