Job overview

The Stacker / General Labor role is onsite in Lincolnton, NC, with pay of $15–$16 per hour. Compensation includes 401(k) matching, performance bonus, dental, health and vision insurance, and paid time off. The role supports the Cutting, Die Cutting and Slitter departments. The position packs product into cases or onto pallets, checks product quality and case counts, assembles and labels boxes, operates a wrapper in the shipping/slitter area, and performs general housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Pack small stacks of pieces into cases or flat on pallets
• visually check product quality and case counts
• assemble cases with a staple gun
• label boxes
• operate the wrapper in the shipping/slitter area
• perform general housekeeping. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
