• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software or product support
• conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews
• identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice
• address customer inquiries
• engage prospects and support local marketing and community outreach.
