What you'll do

• Lead the team on duty
• open and close the store and balance cash drawers
• delegate tasks and coach team members
• uphold guest service and sales standards
• greet guests and recommend products
• handle guest concerns
• participate in production
• maintain inventory levels and product quality
• follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements
• support daily operational tasks.
