What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound patient medical record requests
• log received records within 48 business hours
• verify requestors’ rights to receive records
• track, invoice, and respond to requests
• retrieve and send information according to policy
• assist with information gathering and analysis
• research regulatory, compliance, and privacy information
• help design, implement, and audit compliance and privacy program solutions
• address problems and keep the manager informed.

Why this role
