Overnight Grocery Stocker — Night Stock Leader Opportunities

The Overnight Grocery Stocker role is onsite in Chesapeake, VA, with flexible overnight start times between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. and end times between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Pay is $18–$20 per hour depending on position level. The role supports Food Lion store readiness by stocking and organizing shelves for customers each morning. The stocker handles incoming freight, replenishes merchandise, and maintains accurate, orderly shelves and backroom areas. Applicants may also be considered for assistant supervisor or supervisor responsibilities, which include coordinating shift work and supporting team safety and productivity.

What you'll do

• Unload delivery trucks and manage pallets
• stock and rotate merchandise
• maintain a clean and organized backroom
• receive and organize shipments
• follow planograms and pricing standards
• face and straighten aisles before opening
• work independently and with teammates. Supervisors and assistant supervisors oversee shift operations, delegate tasks, mentor team members, and support safety and productivity.
