What you'll do

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems
• respond to resident requests and emergencies
• complete work orders and document work
• inspect for potential issues
• maintain tools and supplies
• coordinate with vendors
• support junior maintenance staff
• participate in on-call rotations and emergency response
• assist with renovations and apartment turnovers.
