Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead safety initiatives, mentor staff toward an injury-free environment, and investigate incidents as needed. Coordinate owners, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• lead project reviews, progress meetings, and OAC meetings. Support quantity takeoffs, trade coordination, bid packages, buyout schedules, pricing verification, bid gap analysis, and subcontract issuance. Partner on bonding and risk analysis
• co-develop schedules using Lean principles
• manage submittals and mitigate schedule impacts. Participate in budgets and monthly cost/margin forecasts
• manage change requests, subcontractor pricing, pay applications, punch lists, warranties, and final financials.
