What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• supervise RBTs and ensure implementation fidelity
• analyze treatment data and adjust programming
• collaborate with families, therapists, and educational professionals
• train staff in ABA principles, behavior management, and data collection
• participate in case reviews, team meetings, and quality assurance
• maintain documentation in compliance with PMT policies and insurance requirements.
