Information Technology and Network Specialist

The Information Technology and Network Specialist is an onsite role in Columbus, OH, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Pay is $25 per hour. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer at North Central Mental Health Services. The role maintains the organization’s IT network, servers, and databases, and supports programming and troubleshooting so the organization’s technology systems function effectively. Occasional on-call duties may apply.

What you'll do

• Maintain the information technology network, servers, and system databases
• perform database analysis and computer programming
• troubleshoot hardware and software issues using an IT work order system
• communicate orally and in writing with commercial, professional, and non-professional individuals. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering and two years of IT experience.
