Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time FLEX in Worthing, SD. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $18.50 - $25.50 per hour. This role exists to provide direct resident care and assistance with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring age-appropriate and resident-centered care is delivered.
What you'll do
- Serve as caregiver to residents during scheduled work period.
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
- Deliver age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs.
- Follow infection prevention and control policies.
- Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, and personal care.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking.
- Provide range of motion and passive exercises.
- Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks.
- Document resident interactions and changing conditions.
- Communicate resident's changing condition to charge nurse.
- Collect specimens and gather vital signs.
- Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
- Provide assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Experience
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
