Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Logan, UT, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. Sunshine Terrace Foundation seeks to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The technician supports facility operations by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building systems, completing preventive maintenance, and documenting work orders. The role also responds to urgent maintenance needs, including occasional after-hours situations.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• communicate with residents, staff, vendors, and management about requests and project updates
• complete preventive maintenance and work orders
• follow safety procedures, regulations, and facility policies
• respond to urgent needs, including occasional after-hours situations.

Why this role
