Construction Project Manager, Food and Beverage

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager, Food and Beverage role is onsite in Columbus, OH or St. Louis, MO, with possible assignment to a project site based on project requirements. Pay is $105,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports EPC, construction management, construction, and program management projects. The manager oversees day-to-day construction execution from pre-construction through completion and warranty, coordinating safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams. The work helps deliver projects in line with client, contractual, and performance requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee construction activities and project execution
• plan schedules, estimates, costs, and objectives
• manage client relationships, contracts, subcontractors, change orders, and risk reviews
• implement project execution, quality, safety, staffing, and procurement plans
• oversee permits, bids, reporting, invoicing, commissioning, documentation, audits, and closeout
• coordinate engineering deliverables and field progress
• manage staffing, craft labor, equipment, and materials
• mentor project team members.
