What you'll do

• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy

• special projects such as stripping and waxing floors
• and plumbing and electrical repairs as directed. Work cooperatively with staff, communicate resident progress and needs under confidentiality policy, attend required training, implement emergency procedures as necessary, and submit required reports.
