What you'll do

• Oversee clinical care and daily unit operations
• supervise nursing staff and support staff
• conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are implemented and updated
• communicate changes with providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• review orders, lab results, incident reports, and quality indicators
• coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and appointments
• ensure documentation, medication management, and regulatory compliance
• and support staff education and quality improvement. Requires an associate degree in nursing, a valid New York State RN license, and at least one year of RN experience in long-term care.
