Warehouse Coordinator

Job overview

The Warehouse Coordinator role is in person in Centennial, CO. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Jetson works to accelerate the transition of homes toward sustainable energy use through home electrification, including heat-pump solutions. The coordinator runs core warehouse activities, receiving and processing returned materials, preparing kits, and tracking inventory. The work helps service and installation teams receive the materials they need on schedule and reduces job-site disruptions.

What you'll do

• Receive and process returned materials from trucks and field teams
• unload, organize, and load outbound materials for service and installation trucks
• assemble accurate project kits and stage them to schedules
• communicate shortages, overages, or issues to the supply chain team
• support replenishment
• track inventory and enter usage, return, and transfer transactions in NetSuite
• perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
