Metal Fabricator — 2nd Shift

The Metal Fabricator — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Prior Lake, MN, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and overtime sometimes required. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with potential for more based on background and experience. The fabricator supports production and collaborates with the welding and assembly teams at MIRATECH Corporation. This role produces components to internal and customer requirements by preparing and shaping sheet metal, interpreting specifications, and documenting inspections. Its work helps ensure components are ready for welding and meet quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Fabricate sheet metal using techniques such as shearing, rolling, sawing, plasma cutting, punching, and forming
• prepare sheet metal for welding
• interpret blueprints, written part requirements, and measurements
• check parts lists and verify specifications
• cut and shape metal for welders
• complete process inspections, certifications, and documentation as needed
• meet safety, productivity, housekeeping, and attendance standards.
