The Hardscape Crew Leader is an onsite role in Raleigh, NC, with travel to job sites throughout the Triangle area required. The listed salary is $75,000–$90,000 plus bonus. What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew of two to four
• complete daily task logs and labor-hour tracking
• read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints
• confirm project materials
• operate mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, grinders, plate compactors, and related equipment
• drive a light-duty dump truck and follow trailering practices
• inspect and maintain equipment and trucks
• keep the shop and trucks organized
• coordinate assigned project tasks with the production manager.

Why this role
