What you'll do

• Lead communications systems delivery through design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover
• manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, change management, and stakeholder engagement
• coordinate engineering, operations, technology, and infrastructure interfaces
• manage suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers
• oversee fiber, radio, telecommunications, operational communications, and control center systems
• support regulatory, permitting, licensing, and compliance activities
• lead integration, defect resolution, readiness, and acceptance.
