The Psychiatry Medical Assistant, Level I role is an onsite position in Gilbert, AZ, supporting Lighthouse Psychiatry’s interventional psychiatry program. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience. Lighthouse Psychiatry provides outpatient, evidence-based mental health care to Arizona communities. The assistant supports general psychiatry and interventional treatments through patient preparation, treatment monitoring, documentation, medication coordination, and clinic operations. The role helps maintain safe, compliant care and efficient patient flow alongside psychiatrists and clinical leadership.

What you'll do

• Room patients, obtain vitals, reconcile medications and allergies, prepare charts, administer and score screening tools, support medication workflows and assessments, and monitor patient safety.
• Prepare TMS rooms and equipment, assist with session setup, monitor and document treatments, support ketamine and Spravato workflows under provider supervision, maintain EHR and controlled-substance records, coordinate patient communications, and assist with clinic operations.
