Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is hybrid in Hopkins, MN, with flexibility between onsite and remote work. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year. The schedule is full-time, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role partners with leaders across Vivie to support people-related initiatives. The generalist connects day-to-day HR support with workforce planning and longer-term people strategy. Guidance, employee development, data analysis, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance work help strengthen engagement, consistency, and team performance.

What you'll do

• Advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational changes
• align workforce strategies with business goals and support legal and ethical compliance
• coach leaders on feedback, discipline, and team development
• facilitate people-related meetings and performance tools
• analyze staffing needs, track KPIs, and provide HR technology insights and reports
• recruit, onboard, support benefits administration, and consult on people topics at managed sites
• lead projects involving onboarding/offboarding, HRIS integration, and safety compliance
• support reporting requirements and consistency across locations.

Why this role
