Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Attend technical training
• organize and complete service requests and repairs
• inspect grounds, buildings, and community features
• assist with turnkey operations as needed
• monitor parts and supplies
• follow standard operating procedures
• support team effectiveness
• maintain relationships with residents, coworkers, vendors, and the community
• assist with preventive maintenance, budgets, safety programs, and property standards
• diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical items where permitted, roofs, irrigation, landscaping, and other listed property systems.
