The role supports successful systems project sales by coordinating applications, sales operations, engineering, production scheduling, budgets, customer communication, and product support.

What you'll do

• Manage project management personnel supporting internal and external customers
• oversee systems project sales from presale through post-sale coordination
• assist applications and sales operations with deliverables, order processing, and engineering and production scheduling
• manage alliance partner performance and relationships
• monitor group budgets and cost allocation
• support equipment troubleshooting and warranty evaluation
• coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and service
• communicate project updates
• develop application standards
• attend trade shows and demonstrations as required
• lead or participate in customer and dealer meetings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, at least 10 years of career experience in sales, applications, or business operations, and at least five years of management experience; travel may be about 12 weeks per year.
