The manager develops test programs, directs commissioning crews and sequences, coordinates with utility witnesses, protects outage windows, resolves deficiencies, and prepares turnover documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead high-voltage substation and transmission commissioning from test plan through energization and turnover
• direct relay, protection, and control checkout and testing crews
• manage functional checkout and energization sequencing with utility witnesses
• coordinate outage windows with transmission owners
• maintain schedules and resolve deficiencies
• produce utility-standard turnover documentation.
