The Experienced In-Home Caregiver, Dementia & Senior Care position is onsite in clients’ homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The stated pay range is $15–$18 per hour. HomeWell Care Services provides one-on-one support to seniors to help them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at home. The caregiver assists clients with activities of daily living, companionship, household tasks, meals, medication reminders, and transportation. The role also supports family members with safe care techniques and follows each client’s provided plan of care.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and conversation
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• plan and prepare meals
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments
• help family members learn safe care techniques
• interpret the client’s plan of care.
