What you'll do

• Promote open communication and workplace safety
• support Goodwill policies and core values
• provide world-class customer service
• hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
• develop assistant team leaders and key holders
• operate within budgeted expense-to-revenue ratios
• oversee donation handling and processing
• maintain labor schedules and payroll
• support store image, maintenance, loss prevention, safety, and security
• manage supplies and store property
• handle cash, reports, purchase orders, meeting minutes, inventory, and work requests
• maintain CARF standards
• attend assigned training.

Why this role
